I feel a duty to update. The installation was a challenge. But now I have had the service for quite some time (year, more?) and I must admit the service is outstanding. I have the tripple play. The data connection is awesome and works 99.99999999999% of the time. Phone is great (free long distance), they DO answer the phone now, and I am now a satisfied customer. It was fun posting this and it did help me deal with the hell of getting going, but at the end of the day I'm comcastic.

Comcast is a shaddy outfit. A guy comes to install my cable and claims someone (I think he did) cut my comcast line. And I need a letter from my landlord stating that he can drill a new hole, even thou there is one already there. He claims he cant use it cause it was put there by directTV people. So he leaves. 2 days later I get another guy to come, I have my letter and tell the guy about it. He laughs and says "I don't need to drill, I'll just use the hole right there."

@3089280288 like hiring an electrician and telling him you want another outlet put in ,and he comes over and plugs an extension cord in one of you outlets and then staples it all along the baseboard to where you told him to put the new outlet ,if i were home i would have thrown them out on their asses

I'm a comcast customer service representative and I can tell you guys that we are always really busy but you people think you're the only one on the phone calling because of your bill (I'm in the billing department) and that we dont have anything else to do, you're wrong we are more than 400 agents !!

fucking techs have damaged my home 3 times 1 fuking fat ass broke my inside wood railing& broke the newel post after i tell him i dont want a man of his girth to use it,after pulling up porn on my computer in front of my mother and me,,another guy ruined my rug by puting his tool box on it with shit ,another 1 stapled phone and cable wires to my baseboards instead of snaking them through the wall from the attic,now the new baseboard has all staple holes in it,but i guess i should have been home

fuck crapcast i hav triple pay 2 and they ruined my 50"plasma,cable froze in the middle of the night when i fell asleep watching tv,now i have image burned in my tv & they refuse to pay for it,fucking cocksuckers,plus the dvr sucks and cable always fucks up,dvr never works right,box turns itself on at 3,4,5 am 2 Xa week and wakes me up,monthly energency broadcat tests happen almost every day sum time twice a day,the techs r retards,sent me warning siad my computer was sending out virues etc...
