its funny how hamlin was getting tired of running behind the 47 so you know, its fine that he just uses the yellow to go around him, i mean i could be tired of sitting behind people and pass them all under yellow, cmon guys get real if you cant pass someone without going under the yellow then its better off you dont at all, unless their blocking which is being forced

Bottom line is the rule changes depending on the driver. This is fine I guess, but when Regan Smith gets forced below the yellow coming to the line at talledega then its against the rules. Nascar makes up whatever rules it feels like for the moment, and its ruining the sport

All four wheels have to be below the yellow line to get a penalty. He was barely over the line so they should have not been a penalty which there wasnt.
