I dont know about 50 to 180 bucks, You figure you already have 40 in materials. You figure you would have to keep the hours down to keep the price down. But If you could nock it down to 10 hrs to make, at 20 dollars an hour you could sell these at 240 bucks hand made. Or 140 bucks at 10 dollars an hour... You have to figure out what your time is worth

I hope you don't mind if I attempt to make my own since I won't be able to import your's. With the coyotes getting too brave and coming into town and killing cats, It's makes me nervous to go walking after dark. Something like this would be excellent protection on walks at night. Excellent craftmanship I say! Thanks again for such great technical videos.

Great job!. I solved a similar problem with the blade rattling by inserting cotton into the cavity and it worked great. You can add some oil and the cotton will keep the blade in place and lubricated.
