@Jo3yy12 Most of them players you mentioned are not from their youth* not all. For exmaple, Messi isnt from their youth. He was from newell old boys.

And i can name other teams that can pick a team from their youth. Personally, After Xavi and Iniesta retire, Barcelona will not be a force as they are now.
Arsenal - majority of their players are from their youth too
as well as
Manchester United. look how good players like cleverley and welbeck are playing. Pre-season it was untied vs abrca, both had half their teams. Uniteds youngtsers played much better than barcelona's youngsters.

This is fantastic. Not really a big fan of commercialisation of sport but nike pulled out the stops for this one.
