Ive had issuse adopting from rescues wanting me to pay riduculious amounts and feed the animal high priced foods and doggie day care if he would be left alone for more then an hour. It ircked me and threw me off rescue for the longest time

We rescued our two cats from a hoarding situation. They each lost an eye, but are healthy, happy, and trouble makers. I will always tell people to adopt from a shelter or rescue organization.

I didn't dislike this video, HSUS does great work. However, the suited and booted CEO turns me off. Roll your Armani sleeves up and muck in you ponce. The idea of donations paying for huge salaries when the money was intended to go towards rescuing animals riles me. Same goes for the WWF FoE and so on, some of whom are now sponsored by the biggest abusers of our planet. Donate and volunteer, but know where your money is going and who is taking credit for you efforts.
