Hmm. Depends on how you want to approach it. You can either focus on how Hurricane Mitch formed and why it was so strong or how it had destroyed the lives of people in affected places. Or, well, you can put those two together. But I'd say focus on the formation since it was one of the most powerful hurricanes recorded.
