Creative Women Not Allowed to Work at Disney

So do I think in 71 years(from the year of the letter in this video) that women rights have come a long way? Yes, but as much as it sucks, there are still people in the world that hold men to a higher standard than women, some day I hope it's not like this.

Women are equal. Anyone can be ridiculed by society, but who gives a damn as long as you have your legal rights? Given a larger view of history, you'll find that almost everybody is product of their time and what you are doing is really no different in expressing popular outrage. In many private companies, women get paid less than men for the same amount and quality of work simply because the companies want to profit as much as possible, so they've kept the old regulations. In the public sector (at least in my country), the pay is the same for either sex.

Women just don't work as hard as men in life because women DEPEND on men to bring home the bacon. Not to mention all the the guys that spoil her with money. Women REALLY have it made. If you actually did your research before opening your mouth, you'd know that women actually already have MORE rights then men. Feminism used to be about equality. But now the only real reason is about advancing women past men as far as possible. Its hate. Companies give them jobs all the time now that they're not qualified for. They're forced to by reform. women do not work in a creative environment.... they are too damn emotional- start all kinds of drama and unhinge the balance of a work environment... ESPECIALLY if it is in a creative department like an art department or copywriting area.... as far as disney goes...good for them!!!
