I live in LA and I see how drug affects and cripples countless African Americans in souther part of Los Angeles. Drugs, crimes, & illiteracy are very high. I never thought that chat was a drug when I lived in Ethiopia. Now I know people, specially, the younger generations of black people any where in the world are put to sleep by all kinds of drugs. Very sad. Chat is one of the drugs that needs to be banned.
