$0.088 per kwh - Santa Clara, Ca utility rate 13 kwh's to charge - per kill-a-watt meter $1.15 total to charge 40 miles avg. per charge - 45 warms days, 37 cold days $3.80 for 1 gallon of gas $3.80 / $1.15 = 3.3 charges per cost of 1 gallon of gas. 3.3 charges per gal. of gas X 40 miles per charge = 132 miles driven per cost of 1 gal. of gas 132MPG!!! Gas is going over $4.00 this summer. AMAZING MPG then! 2,600 driven, 7 gallons of gas used. 5 years my volt will be under $24,000

USA! USA! Can Toyota make a car that can kiss gas goodbye for your weekly driving, and get 40 mpg AFTER 40-50 miles of motation via ALL AMERICAN ELECTRONS?!!!! The Volt Rocks harder than Eminem....it just plain rocks!
