Handel must be a CIA operative, why else would he specifically provide misinformation about what Operation Northwoods was. Google it, and you come to Wikipedia, and it shows the document, signed by the Joint Chiefs, and sent to the Sec of Def. for approval. Handel lies in order to discourage anyone in his audience from looking it up for themselves. They trust him, and what he says so anyone curious might say, 'Handel looked it up for me.' That is a brainwashing technique, like Rush uses.
