Yeah you can download the individual audio files from the net, however it's not cool. That is someones (potentially a few people's) intellectual property. whilst it may be a learning curve to listen to some things, they are not meant for the general public... That's why full mixes are released instead.

Chord was recording their album FLORA. The engineer had access to raw tracks from the IN UTERO session and screwed around pitching Kurt's vocal from an unused track to Chord's drone. Hilarity ensued.
