Hewlett Packard

I hate HP Printers. After spending two days with my year old Hewlett Packard printer, WASTING my time clearing messages, reloading ink and counting halfway printed projects, I decided I had enough! I will never ever buy one again. HP support sucks too.

I couldn`t agree more. I have owned 4 hp printers and all have had problems. Problems with drivers, Slowing down my pc with lousy printer software and ofcourse inktcartridge problems and wortheless quality printing. Damn; What kind of product are these people making. I shouldn`t have to spend days trying to make a freaking printer print some pages with decent leters only to find a few months later that i have to do it all over again. Wortheless product; HP never Again.

I concur completely. Sent HP a long letter detailing my frustrations with their product after spending several hours trying to print 10 copies of something. It was such a waste of time. I told them if it happened again I would drive over their printer with my truck. Well, it happened again. I followed through & sent them a copy of my video. Last HP I ever buy. Apple tried to give me one when I bought my laptop, I refused even a free one. Try Canon, they work forever and the ink lasts.

I feel for you. I have an mono all in one laser jet. The print driver won't even install on my xp machine.

Twice in three months time, while in the middle of a print job, the tri-color inkjet stopped working. According to my printer level widget, it was halfway full when it stopped working.  I can't even send a fax because of this--I have an "All-in-one" printer. Wrote to the CEO and told him he has lost a customer and I will tell everyone to not use his company's product...ever!

Thanks! I`ll try that or perhaps a color laser printer from some brand. Unfortunately a little more expensive. But it should be worth it considering it save`s me a headache and many hours of frustration each time i need to print.
