  • Awesome nachos. Added some sliced jalapeons and olives (tried to make it like a restaurant), and some cayenne. Just so everyone knows, vitacost sells big one pound bags of organic 35K AU starwest botanicals cayenne pepper for $10.00. That is wicked cheap for the quality, where I'm from.

  • @thatbastardson I mix up the topping too depending what is lying about. Peppers go in cycle I find. Same here. Any given moment a great deal on the variable peppers. I stock up but also grow them in the warmer months. Hot sauce, relish, pickled ..... Many uses when buying bulk. cheers! KtC

  • thanks for the tip never did it on tinfoil before gone try it to day :)

  • a bit easier clean up I thought.

Whenever, I make the chili I keep some for the nachos. Good without the chili but certainly alot 'tastier' :)

Have a great day, cheers! KtC

  • not enough cheese u should have put 5 packs on there (i like alot of cheese)

  • next time! cheers, KtC
