but in my opinion i think heroes of our time was a sell out, although it differed from TTFAF it seemed like a sequel, its nothing like the rest of the album

@MultiRiffer the solos I think are the biggest attraction (at least at first) to this band and there is very little that is simple about those solos.

The melodies are very good quality (for the songs and the solos. the solos are like little songs because their melodies are so good)

@MultiRiffer Simple music is the most catchy. If we liked REALLY complicated we'd listen to more jazz (and some of us do!) but the solos aren't simple and the singers range is amazing and the over-all feel of the song is also desirable. So you can argue that part of it is simple in some ways but that doesn't mean we won't or shouldn't like it.

If your talking about the bassist, he uses a pick because it sounds better for there music. The fact that he plays guitar, has nothing to do with it. Alot of metal players p[lay with a pick.

Everybody know that...why you think that 90% of guitar player (real's ,not Guitar hero player ^^) are agree with that......

I dont say its bad or they sux or something,i cant myself play so fast,i play all the song i learnt at 75% of real tempo.

But the only "quality" of this band is the speed.All the riff they play,a beginner learn that the 1st year,but they use "easy riff's" in a really high speed.

Fred use a pick coz he's a guitar player...btw the dragonforce bass part are the most simple i heard and its similar to their rythm guitar part....1 note or 1 chord playing with alternate stroke at 200bpm.all...you can play all DF songs in all Albums with only 1 chord !

a lot of fans should watch the Guitar pro part of DF and you will see as all their song are really simple except the speed.

In the 4 albums all the rythmics are made with 1 chord....1-3e-5e for those who know.....
