On the 4th anniversary of her death January 27, 2011, Marcheline Bertrand's life is celebrated with this series of photos, many of which have never been seen before. May she rest in peace as the star she really is. She is missed by many people. Video by Bill Day

FROM MARCHELINE'S SISTER DEBBIE 01/27/2011

Of all the deaths I've gone through within my Family I thought I would be better at embracing loss. Not being with my Sister 4 years now, and my Brother nearly 2 years, life doesn't become easier. It never will. My heart hurts and I just have to learn to slowly walk with my wounds, step by step, with a hole in my heart, yet carrying cherished memories which keep me whole and holds me up day by day.
I thank God for my Grandchildren as I now see the souls of my Family through their smiles, hugs, and loving eyes. I see you Marche! I see you Raleigh!
I love you so dearly. Forever and ever, your Sis, Deb xoxoxoxo

  • Absolutely beautiful woman! You can tell she had a beautiful soul as well as her outer beauty.

  • RIP Marcia. Time will not diminish your children's love and memories of you - cherished dearly forever.... There is no death, it is just a change of form ... the butterfly has left the cocoon ... totally FREE now. Marcia's legacy lives on in the good works of her children.

  • A woman who conveys peace

  • god always bless your soul princess

  • one of my closest friends died from cancer, she was only 28. I miss her so much, wish I could tell her how much her presence and her beautiful smile warmed my heart every single second of the time we spent together.

    Natasa, I'll love you forever.

  • "Sure I do, I like Angelina Jolie too."--The Bruce Deeuoukayeey Dominating Force

  • OMG! She looked like Angelina.. her cheekbones, eyes, nose and mouth..

  • Most any person can tell you that having a parent coach their team has nothing to do with spending time with that parent. The way you "know" Jon Voight "coached" a team is that he had a photographer take several photos of him with the team which were subsequently published. Just like the one time he took them to grammar school was photographed and published. Marcheline ABSOLUTELY did not have a designer wardrobe ever, and certainly not one paid for by Jon Voight.

  • @Katya67 No actually he was always around when they were children, Marcheline actually had trouble getting RID OF HIM. He coached James' basketball team and Angie's soccer team - how is that absent?? He also paid for everything they had because Marcheline didn't work and had a designer clothes -buying-obsession which Jon paid for. I agree that what Jon said about Angie was horrible but I think "desperate times call for desperate measures"
