think more about flowing from one trap to the next trap or strike, move around the posts not away, and move your hips more!

@bluez4u2 Simply to become more efficient at trapping.

The facial expression is a picture, and the speed is pheonominal. This is the true meaning of "banzai!" Great video all the same.

The only energy that appears to be applied correctly is to his eyes, especially when he closes them. I've never seen anyone go berzerker on a dummy before. This should be titled "Road Rage venting procedure" lol If this is formless WC it may be better to try the formed version first and then learn to bend the line, instead of removing the lines.

What is the purpose of this type of training? Strengthening the arms? Speed? I know in Wing Tsun is about footwork and angles, push and pull type of energies. etc.

That was pretty fast! good job. I also know JKD, but Its Bruce Lee's JKD from the "LA Days"... supposedly he didnt focus as much training on Wing-Chun type training at that time... it was more Boxing.
I would say that your training methods are from the "Oakland Days" and or you introduced your own methods from your own experience in Wing-Chun.
But, it doesnt matter wheres "It's" from or the name, just train.
Take Care.
