1500 HP DC Drawworks:
Houston General Trading Group, with worldwide headquarters in Houston, Texas is please to announce the availability of one Cadon Industries 1500HP Land Rig.
The 1500HP DC Drawworks rated at 1500 nominal HP with two (2) 1050HP DC Traction Motors
In addition, a 2,000HP Draw-work can be provided for this unit.
Mast Assembly:
Freestanding beam leg cantilever 147' clear height rated at 750,000lb static hook load strung on 12 lines. Rack 16,800' of 5" plus DC and Heavy Weight DP
The crown assembly will have a 6-sheave main cluster consisting of six (6) 50 inch diameter sheaves grooved for 1-3/8 inch wire-line, one (1) 60 inch fast-line sheave assembly.
Traveling Block:
One (1) FPI 350 Ton with six (6) 50 inch sheaves and sealed bearings grooved for 1-3/8 inch drill line.
Substructure:
The FPI-1500 PS Substructure is supplied complete per the following;
The Parallelogram substructure is wire-line raised with the Drawworks and is designed to support the mast on the drill floor with a nominal base dimension at the mast shoes of 26 x 23 ft. The substructure is designed and rated to a capacity of 750,000 lb. casing and 440,000 lb. setback simultaneously. The drill floor rotary area and the setback area are supplied complete with a discharge recovery system. The drill floor is approximately 42 ft long x 39 ft wide, 30 ft high drill floor with 25 ft clear height. The Drill floor perimeter is secured with 42 inch hinged handrails (where applicable) complete with 6 inch toe plate and a sliding gate at the V-Door.
Mud Pumps:
(2) FB-1600 style single acting triplex pumps
Power & Control System:
One (1) IEC 3 x 4 DC SCR Power/Control House Skid is designed to operate the following; US
Three (3) Caterpillar D-3512C diesel electric land engine rated at 1476hp @ 1200rpm;1325kw 1950KVA 600 volt, 60 hertz generators
One (1) 1500 HP Drawworks (DW) with two (2) 1050HP DC Traction Motor
One (1) Rotary Table, 800HP with one (1) 1050HP AC Traction Motor
Two (2) Mud Pumps , 1600HP each with two (2) 1050HP DC traction motors
Mud Tanks:
Low Pressure Mud System complete with Four (4) tanks with sloped bottoms with a total capacity of approximately 2,000 bbls
Mud Cleaning:
Skid # 1 SWACO OR EQUAL
Two (2) Linear motion shale shakers utilizing two (2) linear motion screen decks on a common skid.
Skid # 2 SWACO OR EQUAL
One (1) 1,000gpm vacuum Degasser supplied and installed.
Skid # 3 SWACO OR EQUAL
One (1) 2-cone Desander supplied and installed.
One (1) 16-cone Desilter supplied and installed.

Bolted cover, Annular BOP. Manufactured and tested to API-16A requirements and TemperaCature Class T-20, New packing element and seals installed.
U - Type, Double Ram BOP. Standard bonnets and manual locks installed, One (1) tandem booster for shear rams.
U- Type, Single Ram BOP. Standard bonnets and manual locks installed.
Drilling Spool. Complete with Stainless Steel Inlay in ring grooves. H2S Service per NACE MR-01-75. Manufactured and tested to API-16A requirements and Temperature Class T-20
