God I love Mclaughlin,I remember This Song From The Electric Dreams Album God Jonas Is one of the bass players hes been playin with what looks like a while and Im glad about that ,Sure love this song

@railcar123 LOL. I was front row at the Ritz. It was general admission anyway, but you had to be lucky enough to get right in front of the stage........well....I WAS that lucky :)

Saw that tour in Philly front row at the Trocadero...yes one of the best shows I was ever to.

I saw John and Jonas about 20 years ago at the Ritz in NYC. It was an electric show with no acoustic stuff at all. He was touring behind the album MAHAVISHNU. They DID play the Dance of Maya. The rest was all new stuff with John controlling a Synclavier and bill Evans on woodwinds and Danny Gottlieb on drums. Easily one of the top 5 shows I've ever been to.
