The thumbnail for this video shows a hot girl in a bikini, but the actual video shows a bearded fat guy?! Ever heard of truth in advertisement, Massage Nerd?

@geodorsey you have to do stretching exercise. Maybe Pilates can help you or some kind of yoga exercise for shoulders..

wow... that beginning guitar thing is literally the same guitar thing that they use for the five guys training videos

I have intense pain in my outer(front part of)my left deltoid. The most painful movement is reaching behind my back...there is also some stiffness and pain in my left trapezius...Also shoulder pain when I am sleeping. My workout was pull ups using different hand grips and spacing..now I can't exercise at all because of the pain..and risking further damage..it has been 3 months and is not better..massage hasn't helped so far..any ideas are appreciated.

Hey I have a the same problem, I have a big force loss in my right shoulder. I do weight training. If I want to lift or frontraise sideraise any weight with my right arm I simply cant. Moreover my right shoulder raises weirdly and looks totally asymmetric to the left one. With the left one I have no problems! I have no pain tingling in fingers or any of that. I did have a bit pain in the front part of my shoulder for two days and thought that the shoulder just were sore.

i get pain in both shoulders from time to time
its hard to get better psture to fix it since my shoulders round so much, ive really struggled with it
How about no pain, just cant life too much weights? Is it still a bursitis? Thank you!

It could possibly still be bursitis, but only a doctor could diagnose that. Bursitis is sometimes hard to diagnose and even carpal tunnel is sometimes misdiagnosed, because bursitis is so hard to determine.

So, can we still directly massage(let's say effleurage and petrissage) the supraspinatus and subscapularis when bursitis was diagnosed a few weeks ago?

As long as it's not inflamed.
