  • Well... actually... Romantic Brothers - FLOWERS - is absolutely hilarious for dance. Its my i-pod fabulous favorite! U must try it:) anyway good workout!

  • I like doing the step up to bicep curl myself. I also like the lunge to press. They have a great female corner over at the vastmuscle website

  • The silly cameraman zoomed in too quickly when you flexed your arms so we couldn't see them. You have to advertise those guns.

  • Good video. Beginners don't need to rush it. The changes are so gradual doing too much too soon can be bad.
