You cant read and understand any of the ancient writings of true macedonians because you dont know the language, ancient greek. The only politician that called Macedonians barbarians was Dimosthenis and he did it because the main political idea of the state of Athens that time was to keeping the leadership among the greek cities and kingdoms.
