  • @awesomeH2O Moshi is the heaviest elephant in the trio but not the tallest. Moshi weighs about 9,000 pounds or more. Jo weighs almost 9,000 pounds and is the tallest of the elephants. Martika is the youngest and smallest, at about 8,700 pounds. They weigh healthy weights, and I would like to see this continue. I have confidence that they will.

  • I love the elephants! I have come to know them, and I can recognize them easily.

How much do they weigh, @CMZooTube? Please comment/reply back!

  • "That Ohio State Thing"? What's he talking about?

    OH-

    IO

    GO BUCKS.

  • I love elephants.

  • You can go to Africa to see the 10,000 African elephants remaining in the wild.

  • Love this video! Love the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo! I'm looking forward to being there when the new exhibit opens. And, thank you for posting these videos. You do great work taking care of endangered species.

  • They have actually had three baby black rhinos born ; ) since 2000.

  • Yeah, but you have to admit african elephants were on the way to being endangerd and clveland is working on breeding them. they've already had 2 new white rhinos born in the zoo, and they're one of the most endangered animals in the world.

  • I'd rather seeing these beautiful smart creatures in their natural habitats.

  • It's great to see that the Cleveland elephants are getting a new home. Over here in New Orleans, Audubon Zoo is planning to break ground on a new, much larger Asian elephant exhibit in the near future. Katrina delayed construction but everything should be falling into place very soon.
