Random screaming? That's how it sounds like when people really sing through their soul and really mean what they're singing. Should read the lyrics,you can't compare this mainstream-"I listen that because most people do"-shit to some real metal.

Dubstep = Don't care about voice,drums,guitars. Just randomly pick some mainstream beats and mix them.

Metal = Need a lead singer with awesome voice combinated with great drums and guitars -> Music Skill

@IAsylumRocksI SOME dubstep is actually more tuned and uses drums and other bass insturments in it some artist even have people sing and rap over the music. this mainstream god awful dubstep your thinking of is skrillex :P there is other good smooth flowing dubstep out there just gotta look closely. :)
