you are my answers because 6.60 in psp is horrible and downgrading this will be usefull then i will upgrade to 6.37

whats so good about it is that u can download full games with version 1.50 and 1.00

Ok so Im kind of a noob to all of this.... My friend gave me her psp1001 fat on ofw 3.90 now I do not have a pandora battery or magic mem stick however I see there is a tutorial to upgrade to upgrade to ofw 5.03 then get it on cfw 5.00M33 if I get it there will I be able to downgrade with this method without the pandora batt and what is the advantages of this fw bc I have a psp 3000 on 5.03 Prom and works great any input would be great to achieve the best cfw thanks :P

ahhh how do you know what OFW your psp is. i really dont know and want to make a pandora battery and magic memory stick with ur tutorials. Do i need to downgrade for pandora or something

No, it doesn't. it only works if you already have a CFW. i have a tutorial on how to get CFW, go check it out.
