You build them through Soma Build.
The requeriment is 30 elemental stones of that character´s element (Shing is Light, Kohak is Fire, Hisui is Wind, etc).
You activate it in battle consuming 100 CG, hold the L button after performing an attack

She lacks a bit of speed and EG recovery, though, but apart from that she owns

@Yugizelda9000 You get them storywise, when you can use them you can change the ammount by pressing select on the menu you set it up

Like is say on msn kev, i have no probleme to control presea at all.Can beat the last boss at the top lv easily =)

I dunno.
As far as I played ToS, every playthrough I do I cant play as Presea unless I give her some massive agility boost.
Her artes barely connect each other, and leave her open, and her basic attacks are too slow.
