Interesting how he likes Kazakhstan. It's still run by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He's been dictator since unilaterally declaring independence from the USSR since 1991.

The outside should not interfere. The people should decide their own fate. It is a shame we have the power to play God. We do not have the wisdom.

All you have to do to disprove Perle's argument that "the United States pushed NATO into airstrikes which stopped the slaughter" is look at the chronology. The majority of the massacres happened after the bombing, not before.

I am totally against the war, but Im so glad PBS shows programs that are objective and non partisan. Its nice to hear logic from the other side without idiotic explanations.

God! The truth it shows at the end of this video! What happens when the populace is disarmed! See what happens to an unarmed populace that can't defend itself!
It's a shame more people don't watch this. I am not a republican. This was well done though!

I'm not a republican anymore either (more of an "indepublican"! ;b) and I wish there could be more objective shows like this available to the public. Perle seems to know what he's talking about. To hell with nazis and commies!
