This Week, Larry takes a look at the spiritual sequel/spin-off/sister (call it what you will ^_^) to the Twisted Metal series, Rogue Trip: Vacation 2012. The same team who made the first two Twisted Metal games, made this often overlooked classic, while ironically the "official" Twisted Metal sequels on the PS1, (TM 3 and TM4) were terrible games.

Host, did you enjoy TM3 and 4? Many people didn't like it because it awsn't done by the original company and etc etc..so what about you?

@WorldOfSnakes I liked the premise of them, I liked 4 more than 3 to be honest, But I'd say they're better as a whole than Twisted Metal Black, stuck more to the traditional TM series rather than all that goth crap. can't stand that.

I also hate how they've fucked up Calypso in later games.

Oh man... i miss this game! I loved playing this. Always played with my brother or some friends. It was so much fun. I want a sequel! :( But I think it will never happen. Seems like it was too unknown :'(

Shit i remember my buddy and me playing this,we were like all exited i would yell IVAN GO LEFT SHOOT THE BUS,he would get confused and turned right...

Awesome old game,also its interesting that the game is set in 2012 and everything is destroyed and you have to kill big fat dude at the end i guess big fat dude resemles the greedy elite in the world who dont give a shit for people having no food and water

My favorite car is the one tha has a jelly beam special weapon
