I've found there to be other's who were turned away from Aiptek's customer service in the same exact manner. I know this because they sent me mail directly wanting to remain anonymous rather than post here. No, my projector never worked after one day.

Hyperlux- I'm sorry to hear that; there must have been some sort of confusion or mis-communication. I've NEVER heard of an RMA service taking two months. Please email me if you get a chance and I'll coordinate service for you ASAP. Just let me know.
