ive had someone grab me like that in a fight... my moms boyfriend tought me to wrap my right arm ( stronger arm ) around the other guys left arm ( most likely weaker arm) then lean back putting all the weight onto one foot and lean so far that the other foot comes up then sweep my foot against their one remaining foot making them fly back and possible braking a leg

uhm...i think i would just kick em in the crotch/ balls and run like a bat outta hell...i did do that once, it worked trust me.(but do not, i reapeat NOT rip there balls off.)

I was taught not to go for the groin. If you miss or don't get it hard enough it makes them even more angry. Plus you can get sued afterward for sexual asult. Maybe a kick. Go for the eyes or shin and run like hell!
