When exactly do you use a dominant 13? It's sound is very different from a plain dominant chord and just can not substitute a dominant normally it doesn't sound right. And when do you use a maj13 chord? What would be a good voicing for the major 13 chord? Chord progression examples? I'm learning alot from copying people's jazzy chords by ear and I'd appreciate some info on these two chords because I can't find it elsewhere. You know a major 13 chord is a major scale all notes played at once lol
Thanks so much man. Really, thanks! I would have quit playing 6 times by now if it weren't for you and all the other selfless people out there sharing.
So so so helpful! Thanks a ton!
