Blind the Thief went to the Dark World to find the Golden Power and got himself stuck there so he thought he might as well make himself a hideout for him and some friends in the Village of Outcasts. He hated the light of the sun so he locked himself in a cell away from any bright sunlight and put on a maiden disguise.

There's a storehouse in southwest Kakariko village. Bomb where you think the entrance should be. After that you can get free bomb and arrow refills!
