@sonofaglitch2 natural law is the law of nature correct? The law of nature as it stands according to Locke and Hobbes if a law of physical strength and violence. I guess constitutional law does undermine natural law.

Lets put the shoe on the other foot and put this fucker and his family in abu grave or gittmo. I'm not surprise that he teaches "constitutional law," which these days is nothing more than legal-rigging and manipulation to undermine natural law and Constitutionally-protected liberties.
