Good to see the 'BIG' guns again. I served with 2bn/5th FA as a mechanic. 175 and 8 inchers rule.

I do not wish to be biased or idiotic to the host of this video but I am curious about effectiveness of artillery that the North Vietnamese utilized; from books I was always intrigued they had the Russian M1954/M46 130mm - this was said to outrange many Allied weapons - how was this often dealt with? I meant it had a rate of fire faster than many of the guns pictured here (apologies if I am providing the wrong information)

i do get hate comments now and than,but not as much as i did when i came back from vietnam. more people mostly young wants to know what the war was like and what i did over there
