6:59 - Nulear is NOT CO2 free. Unless you refuse to mine, mill, enrich and transport fuel, you will have significant CO2 emissions.

yes the zero CO2 theory only takes human use and production of CO2 into account, however there is a real need to plan for worst case in the future and if it is not needed fine, but i would rather say we can run with 0 CO2 production than say 100 years down the line that we can't even run at 50% of our current CO2 and governments that don't care are still cutting down rain forests and creating deserts all over the world. i would rather push for new tech than stagnate with what we have.
