  • The cyclosis is in the first 32 seconds and the plasmolysis starts at 33 seconds. After 33 second mark the collection of organelles in center of cell are surrounded by plasma membrane but cell wall is left in original position. I hope this helps.

  • I dont get it? what are we trying to see here? i thouht plasmolysisis is when the plasma membrane retracts from the cell wall, but i just dont see it.
