Illegals broke immigration laws which FIRST TIME OFFENCE means MISDEMEANOR, why would you want to destroy a family because a parent committed a minor crime? What is wrong having them pay fines and penalties and let them stay here? Even FELON child molesters have the right to see their families afther they do time.
