You are great, i love all your videos. And i love Indian food, with all the interesting spices. Yesterday i went to our Asian market to look for some spices you name in your videos, which i didnt know till now. And guess what ? I found most of them, allmost all of them come from India ! Can you tell me which masala you use here ? Because i've only found Tandoori and Gharaam Masala , thanks .

This sandwich looks way too spicy. I am Punjabi and in my family we never use green and red chillies, they are too hot. If you eat all of these spices and chillies when you get older you can damage your body, especially your colon. In my family we only use salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
