Here is James from JMP Fitness doing a high intensity push pull workout. Inverted rows are an underated exercise. Combining them in a complex with some weight plate exercises is a killer workout!
It could also be used for Isometrics. Those could be done York Isometric Rack style with limited movement of free weights by putting the freeweight adapters a few inches above the loaded barbell.
The Self Spotting system looks like it would be great for many bodyweight exercises. If I get one of these some day, I would add a wide chinup bar that goes past the pulley apparatus. All the weights on the unit would hold it in place. As the bar locks securely into place, it would be good for progressive stretches too.
