OTRADI - Oregon Translational Research & Drug Development Institute

The Oregon Translational Research and Drug Development Institute (OTRADI) is a signature research center dedicated to providing a unique — and previously missing — link between Oregon university researchers and bioscience or pharmaceutical companies to fuel drug discovery and commercialization in Oregon. OTRADI's foundation is based on a partnership between university scientists and researchers, bioscience and pharmaceutical companies, and the state of Oregon. OTRADI makes tools (expertise, equipment, analysis), which were previously unavailable or prohibitively expensive, readily available and accessible to Oregon's scientific investigators. In addition, OTRADI works with university researchers and private bioscience companies to accelerate and advance the development and commercialization of new infectious disease therapeutics, vaccines and diagnostics.
