I just placed my order for the pink set. Good way to pick up a new hobby and help cancer society

@vitaliyr I know what you mean about finding just the right needle for something smallish, like a hat. You like shorter tips to the needles. I find using two circulars is easier than one circular, even if one circular will make it around. We also have a video on knitting with two circulars, if you don't know that technique yet. Regardless, we like the variety of approaches that knitters take. There is no one right way to knit, and long may that last!

Thank you for your video. I just start a hat using # 5 needles with cord 12 and this was hard . I like my Denise needles , but for hats I prefer to use other needles with shorter tips.
nice demo. I didn't see that slip stitch to join it before. Also, all the info about Denise needles.

@cllinda333 Slipping the first stitch on the first round when joining to work in the round helps to lessen the "stair step" where the cast-on round meets itself. Does not eliminate it always. It helps though. And we all want lots of help to make our crafting better, don't we?!

Love your instruction. Your knitting style is different than I have learn

@wonton71 Thanks for watching and commenting. If you learned to hold the yarn a different way (such as in your right hand) and to move your fingers a bit differently to form stitches, do not worry. There are many, many ways to hold the needles and yarn and stitches. What matters is the fabric that you make. And not hurting your hands or wrists in the process.
