  • @rich168 ~hey!! you're right-yes I did! well, am...waiting on my new babolat to come in so I'm using the old pure drive. hurt my wrist in October so I needed to switch to a lighter racquet that would also provide power...went back to babolat & im loving the pure drive! can not wait to get my hands on the new design!! Xo!~

  • which babolat is that? do you play competitively?

  • You could stop all forms of exercise that you do & instead do 10 fifteen second sprints(run as fast as you possibly can) two to three times a week and even you whom has a pristine body shape/composition will see dramatic improvements in your body and health. The improvements in overall health are the most important of the benefits of short bursts of maximum effort exercise - no other type of exercise will slow the aging process more than short bursts of maximum effort.

  • Hello. I've watched a few of your videos and your sweetness has persuaded me to tell you the most important secret in all of exercise: MAXIMUM EFFORT That is the key. For example, you can go to any local gym and see numbers of people jogging on a treadmill, riding the stationary bike, or pumping the elliptical, but I assure you that you will not see one person going as fast as they possibly can as if they are being chased by a bear...(continued on next comment)....
