Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew in paying tribute to his former Cabinet colleague described the late Dr Goh Keng Swee as one "who made the greatest difference to the outcome for Singapore."

  • the meaning of eulogy to me is to pay the respects of the dead, either through praise or gratitude. this sounds like a recounting of history to me, another chance at recounting the history, the revisionist version of history or history as we know it.
