Would've been from 1997 or after as this was when the midweek draw was launched - the 1st and 2nd draws were £10million guaranteed (05/02 & 12/02/1997), the next guaranteed £10million midweeks werent until 29/04 & 27/05/1998. I dont know how long this style of lottery advert was used for but have a feeling it was replaced towards the end of '99....
