'Palestine peace punched in face by Israel anti-boycott law'

A wave of criticism is gathering momentum in Israel over a new bill, that outlaws the boycott of Jewish settlements on occupied Palestinian territory. Opposition parties have called the law an attempt by a weakened government to silence the people. One peace movement has petitioned the Supreme court against the bill. Prime Minister Netanyahu faced a stormy session in the Knesset on Wednesday as he was himself forced to defend the law, as some members staged a protest walk out. The legislation imposes fines on boycott organisers, and allows settlers to sue them for compensation. It has pushed the already distant possibility of peace talks with the Palestinians - even further. That's the view of Hillel Ben Sasson, a spokesperson for the Sheikh Jarra Solidarity Movement.

Cmon guys it's pretty obvious what's going on here. Israel is taking a leaf out of Hitler's book. Hitler was 'democratically' elected, and it happened while the entire world was suffering from a massive economic downturn. The entire nation of Israel is a massive army (compulsary conscription) and in effect, they are just itching for a fight with one of their neighbours. I really can see huge similarities between the NSDAP and Israel. This is democracy... but not your's.

@rotemsh1 israel never existed in books prior to the massive jewish influx of 1920 and then 1930 etc... in ancient literature people whether the greeks,persians romans or even assyrians refer to the land between the jordan river ant the sinai as palestine therefore israel is just a neo-colonial creation
