The outcome of the Copenhagen climate change meeting in December 2009 has been criticized by experts and many developing countries for not meeting moral,scientific and legal standards.Delegates once again gathered in Bonn Germany to try to agree on a new text that will form the basis for future negotiations and also build blocks for a new regime for the next climate change meeting in Cancunn,Mexico
Jennifer Igwe who was at the climate meeting in Bonn reports that Yvo De Boer,the outgoing executive secretary of United Nation Framework convention on climate change shared insights about the negotiation process.
