This is just they way people dance it in Tellico so that is the way it was demoed.

There is a dance called Mambo #5 and goes much better with the song

We dance this to Balaimos...If you change the dance you should not call it by the same name it gets confusing and not the true dance if steps are left out

This is an old dance that we have danced for years. The correct name is Mambo Jambo.In the 3rd section of the dance there should be crossing triples going backwards then a syncopated cross rock before the 3 skating steps. These dancers are doing 5 crossing triples. This is a small issue I realize but if I was the choreographer I would like it to be danced the way I wrote it. Also it was first done to Balaimos which gave it an entirely different effect which I prefer.
