I see this skill sometimes but not too often. One day i was messing around with an ele and i decided to make a fire ele. So i slapped together a qucik build without much thought and this is that build. It is suprisingly good for a build you just made in a few seconds.
Skills:
Fire Attunement
Aura of Restoration
Mark of Rodgort
Immolate
Mind Blast
Rodgort's Invocation
Meteor
Ressurection Signet
Cast your enchants before battle and keep them up. Find a target and cast Mark of Rodgort on them. Then just spam your spells using Meteor to snare kiters and to interupt things. You'll probably be mashing down Mind Blast and Immolate the most. Use Mind Blast as a good energy gain source. You should gain 10 energy each time you use it.

12+1+3 Fire Magic
12 Energy Storage

Sorry if there was ambiguity in what I said, I actually mean more, congratulations for making the build which saw heaps of play later on. I'm giving you the credit for it, although I very much hate the build and never want to face another mind burn ele in ra again.

energy management on elementalists, i use it alot and it's epic, eles have really good nukes that aren't elite.

you would use it as is. replace ress sig with maybe Tenai's Heat or Firestorm. just continuasly kill people. altho i would reccomend one of my other builds for JQ or FA in that playlist conveniantly located in my channel :P

like the person said below look at the date. in November 2008 this skill wasnt used in pvp. the most popular ele in November last year was probably searing flames.
