@jesusarnold I have to agree with you. For something that goes like mud off a shovel, in-game music would not have been a good idea. Nice graphics, mind you.

@jesusarnold Check the C=64 version for some extremely cool music.. Wow is the Spectrum version fast man.

The gameplay reminds me a bit of Super Spy Hunter on the NES, so it's quite impressive on a 48K Speccy.

Think it all comes down to who programmed it. Theres a hacked verson of Commando for the 128k which has the tune playing throughout the game.
LED Storm was a very good game on the Speccy but yeah shame about no tune during the game.

they made the right choice
I guess if you're playing it, you can always put something appropriate yourself. hehe :)

wow. thats crazy looking. the ZX has some interesting visuals. Somewhere between C64 and NES in terms of graphics. I wish there was some kind of pumping tune during the actual race though.

Yeah it's a shame, I think in-game music would've been great too but I don't think it would've been feasible, if they'd added music they probably would've had to drop the frame rate, and you really need a good frame rate for a game moving at this speed
