Neil Douglas-Klotz gives instruction and attunement to the first line of the Aramaic Lord's Prayer. This group is a public workshop on "Aramaic Jesus and the Sufis" held in Columbus, OH during spring 2009. For Dances of Universal Peace leaders: this is the introductory version for those who might be new to Aramaic words and/or body prayer; there is no countermelody taught in this version. (Commentary by Munira Elizabeth Reed; Film edit by Amy Alwood. Copyright Neil Douglas-Klotz and Abwoon Resource Center)
“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words".

From the Netherlands I wish to express my gratitude to Abwoon Resource Center and Neil Douglas-Klotz for all their efforts to unite us not only to the Source but also to the Spirit of Guidance and to each other in order to realize Oneness. May we all be used for the Purpose.
