PPS: i have a job, girlfriend, and in my opinion computer is only tool. I choose OS proceeding from problems which I solve on the computer.

I have a one simple question. I can understand why windows-guy crying. But why MAC guy so sad? Mac OSX = unix. Linux = unix. Mac OSX = cool sitting. Linux = red eyes, broken keyboard, hysteria and words thru tears "i hate terminal..." or "why it's not working?!?!?!?"

@WorBlux I used ubuntu at first then it got messed up somehow so i am working on getting slackware on there now.

I'm running the latest version of the ubuntu net-book remix; dont give me wrong, I'm a linux fan, but i just cant seem to find the driver for my little acer.

@hentaidrifter what distro are you running if your Running say Ubuntu or anything based on it hoock up via ethernet and the OS should tell you if there extra drivers or go to hardware devices manually and it will tell you

@arranmc182 i guess then, that I am that 1 out of ten that it doesn't have drivers for. On my acer aspire one AO75h1, I get no WiFi at all it doesn't even see it as a device; nor does it have a driver for. ( and yes the WiFi switch is in the on position )
